I love being on holiday in NZ but the flight over is so arduous.
We left Perth @ 09.00 and didn't get to Christchurch until 00.24 - 15 hours!!!!!!
My friends told me to make sure I mentioned at check-in that we were on our honeymoon so we could get better seats - wrong!
We got row 29, which we discovered is the seats at the back of the plane they use to transport criminals. What this means is that the seat doesn't recline and the arm rests do not go up. No snuggling for us on the plane. Oh and no free champagne at the hotel either!
